"Above and Beyond in Their Service"
We were hit with a virulent virus that wiped out our computer in no time. The folk at Geeks and Nerds knew exactly what to do. They went above and beyond in their service, including sending tech support to the house to help us set up the repaired computer until such time that we replaced it (with their help). They knew our needs so well that they were able to transfer information to the new computer with ease - and again came to the house to set things up and make sure everything worked. And boy do they work. The new system they provided us is fantastic! You don't see the kind of personal service that we got with Geeks and Nerds these days. I am happy that we buy local, especially with the service oriented business like these folks. Thank you!

"My Laptop is Running Faster than it was when it was Brand New"
After struggling with a SLOW laptop for more than a year, I finally decided to take it to someone for professional help. They cleaned all the viruses, deleted unneeded files, and went through all the unnecessary programs running in the background. Now my laptop is running faster than it was when it was brand new. Awesome job - thanks!

they fixed my virus infected computer in 24 hours! not only that but they came out to pick it up for me for free unlike others that charge you for pick up and drop off.

"Friendly and Professional, Responsive and Helpful"
A horrible virus put us out of commission until we got the computer to Geeks and Nerds. They knew exactly what to do and they did it. Unlike most businesses, they brought the computer back to the house, and then found a new computer for us that would upgrade our capabilities. That computer was so affordable we were ready to go. Once it was ready for us, they brought it to our house and hooked it up - making sure all of the transfers took place for easy retrieval. All the while they were friendly and professional, responsive and helpful. They still are. We called them about a question from a renter, they gave us the perfect answer. No charge. They are great.

"Great Service and Results"
Great service and results. I have gone here twice for different computer issues. They followed up quickly by phone and fixed my computer. Prices are okay. They charge $39 to evaluate the problem but then deduct this from service charge.
